Job Responsibilities:
- Build and configure Luma systems before they reach our customers
- Perform hardware and software testing and validation
- Run final quality-control checks and ensure every system meets our standards
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Prepare Luma systems, accessories and documentation for delivery
- Manage packing, shipping lists, delivery notes and shipment preparation
- Coordinate the logistics process from completed system to customer delivery
- Create and maintain clear assembly, testing and quality-control documentation
- Develop and improve internal processes, checklists and testing procedures
- Work closely with our development team to identify and solve technical issues
- Provide feedback from real-world assembly and testing back to product development
- Help us scale the process as Luma reaches more customers around the world
Education:
- Technical or engineering education
- Degree in engineering, electronics, mechatronics, automation, computer science or a related field is an advantage
Experience:
- Previous experience in engineering, technical production, assembly, testing or a similar role
- Strong technical mindset and ability to work comfortably with both hardware and software
- Excellent attention to detail
- Systematic and organized approach to work
- Ability to troubleshoot problems independently
- Experience with quality control or product testing is an advantage
- Experience with electronics, sensors, cameras, computers or similar technology is a plus
- Good English communication skills
