For the past several years, something new has been taking shape at Hundred Vision.
Built around real questions from eye care professionals. Shaped through thousands of hours of development, clinical work and testing. And created to bring a new perspective to the way we understand visual performance.
On October 8, 2026, World Sight Day, we are ready to reveal it.
Registration is now open for the Luma Global Launch, where we will introduce our newest innovation to eye care professionals around the world: Luma, a next-generation eye tracking solution.
And if your work involves understanding how your patients’ vision functions beyond what traditional measurements can show, this is an event you will want to see.
What if there were more to see?
Eye care has access to extraordinary diagnostic technology, but some of the questions you face in practice are not always answered by a single measurement.
Why does a patient struggle with reading?
What is happening when their eyes need to track, follow, focus or coordinate during a task?
Where should you look more closely?
And how can aspects of visual performance that are difficult to observe become easier to measure and follow?
Questions like these have shaped the development of Luma.
Rather than starting with technology and searching for a use for it, we started with the challenges professionals encounter in real clinical practice.
The result is something we have spent years developing, testing and refining.
More than 19,000 hours of clinical work, development and testing, together with over 1,000 in-depth interviews and interactions with eye care professionals, have contributed to the development of Luma.
On October 8, you will see where that work has led.
Not Just a Product Reveal
The Luma Global Launch is your first opportunity to discover the thinking, technology and clinical perspective behind Luma.
You will hear from the people who developed it, learn more about the challenges that inspired its creation and see what this new technology could bring to modern eye care.
We will explore why eye tracking opens up new possibilities for understanding visual performance – and why we believe those possibilities matter in everyday clinical practice.
But we are deliberately not going to tell you everything here.
Some things are better seen than explained, and on World Sight Day, we will show you Luma in action.
You won’t just hear about Luma. You’ll see how it connects to the questions you face in practice and what it could add to the way you assess and follow your patients.
Years in the Making. Revealed in One Global Event.
Luma marks an important new chapter for Hundred Vision.
Its development has brought together technology, clinical expertise and extensive input from professionals working in eye care around the world.
Now, for the first time, we are bringing that work together and opening the doors for you to see it.
If you are an optometrist, ophthalmologist, vision therapist, researcher or eye care professional interested in new ways of understanding visual performance, we invite you to join us.
